Numerology 4.2 Build 186

A couple more critical fixes. Updates for Catalina are next in the queue.

Live 10.1 performs Catalina style checks on plugins when running
on Mojave, so if you use the N4 VST and Live 10.1, you should stick with an
earlier build: http://www.five12.net/showthread.php?t=3699
(oddly enough, the N4 ReWire driver in this build loads just fine in Live 10.1/Mojave...).

SE: http://files.five12.com/NumerologySE-4.2-Build186.dmg

Release Notes:

- Fixed an issue with the N4 VST, cubase, and MacBook's with touchbars.
- Fixed a problem related to audio input setup.

doh. what about high sierra? my macbook pro is stuck on high sierra so does this mean i'm stuck here w/older build or is high sierra not an issue w/catalina style checks on plug ins in Live 10.1?

I am on High Sierra on one setup and Mojave an the other.
So, Jim, is it ok if we update all the time in the futur ?

Thanks

Merry Christmass

I don't know, it really depends on whether the checking is 'baked' into the Live executable, or if it depends on lower-level OS calls, which may be in mojave and may or may not be in high sierra. I'm not expecting the changes I need to make for Catalina to be a big deal, but I've been wrong before, so the safe bet is to avoid upgrading until I post a build w/ Catalina support.

Cheers,
Jim

... see my post above. I'll know more once I dive into the Catalina updates. I've been called into jury duty twice in the last two weeks, so that's the latest monkey wrench in my schedule....

Cheers,
Jim
